According to Leonard Blazeby, the ICRC’s head of programme and prevention, 25,000 out of 64,000 missing persons reported are from Nigeria. “ These numbers are both embarrassing and disheartening on a national and global level. The disregard displayed by the Nigerian national government, through the lack of investigation or provisions for investigations into missing persons report are in direct breach of Human Rights.  The Right to Life of the citizens of Nigeria must be respected. Nigerian Army Uncovers illegal Bunkering Camp in Bayelsa The Nigerian Army has uncovered an Illegal Bunkering Camp at Igbomotoru community in Southern Ijaw LGA, Bayelsa State.
