 FAITH ON TRIAL IN NIGERIA.

The presidential election has come and gone. What is remaining now are court cases. Politics is all about interest. The North wanted presidency to remain in the North after Buhari but they know it will cause National Uproar if they allow Atiku to win this election.

They looked towards the Southern part of Nigeria and weighed whom they will make Nigerian president between Tinubu and Peter Obi and they later settled to give to Tinubu. They gave him a condition that for them to support and rig the election for him, he must choose another Muslim from the North as his running mate. When Tinubu agreed to choose Shettima as his running mate, they made up their minds to conduct a sham election knowing fully well there is no how he can win Atiku or Peter Obi via clean and credible election.

Having mounted another Muslim as the INEC chairman, they proceeded to deceive Nigerians in the name of conducting election. They know that everything will end up in law court. But they are confident to win even in the supreme court because the chief justice of the federation was allegedly nominated by same Tinubu.

Before the election, our Southern politicians knows that Tinubu has been selected to be made the next president of Nigeria and that is why we could see Southern governors especially in the southeast trying their possible best to make sure that Tinubu secured 25% of the total votes casted in each state in Southeast in order not to make Southeast region remain political orphans after Tinubu might have assumed office as Nigerian president.

 You can see how christian politicians joined hands with their fellow Muslim politicians to work for the emergence of a Muslim president and a Muslim vice president. Can Muslim politicians ever join hands with their fellow Christian politicians to work for the emergence of a Christian president and a christian vice president in this country called Nigeria? You know the answer.

Now, the chief justice of Nigeria is a Christian. I believe there are christian and Muslim judges that will be sitting to deliver judgement in this election tribunal. But be rest assured that the Muslim judges are likely to deliver their judgement in favor of Muslim/Muslim president and his vice. The christian judges are likely to be bought over with million dollars and they will immediately forget their Christian faith and deliver their  judgement in favor of a Muslim president and his Muslim vice president.

It mean in upcoming Tinubu's government, the president, vice president, and the Senate president will all be Muslims. I foresee all an all Muslim affair government. Tinubu will dance to the drumbeat of whatever the North wanted because they rigged him into Aso Rock. He knows he didn't win the election. Quite alright, Tinubu is not a religious bigot. He will try to replicate religious liberalism in Aso Rock but it won't work because he will meet resistance from hardcore Northern Muslims whom will be interested in pursuing Islamic interest.

The eyes of every Christian supporting same faith president and vice president in a multi religious and multi culture country like Nigeria will soon clear. 

Can the chief justice of the federation put aside his affinity with Tinubu and powers that be and do the right thing? Let's be watching!!!
