The new Director of Stanbic IBTC, Ndidi Nwuneli.

She's the founder of LEAP Africa with over 25 years of international development experience and a globally recognized serial entrepreneur, author, public speaker, and consultant. 

Nwuneli serves on the boards of the Boards of over 7 organizations and has received major continental and global awards including Alumni Achievement Award from Harvard Business School (2021), Forbes 20 Youngest Power Women In Africa (2011), and Forbes: 20 Youngest Power Women In Africa (2011).

Through her work in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, she has led the design and execution of high-impact initiatives focused on policy, strategy, organizational design, ecosystem solutions, and growth.
