In uganda such traditional hut is found in karamojar and built by women that's Africa. People think storiey buildings are only with iron bars and fully cemented. Congratulations.

Traditionally are better than modern because they don`t need any things like cement, sand etc. Just only wood & grass. Those days they used to built like this to protect people from being eaten by wild animals at night, so they started building such type of huts.
